About the position

The Program Support Specialist at CACI International plays a crucial role in supporting the U.S. Army's C5ISR Center by providing technical services related to network modernization. This position involves a variety of administrative and technical tasks aimed at ensuring effective communication and resource management for Army cyber and IT needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide Information/Knowledge Management, technical and administrative services to the Network & Infrastructure Branch, C5ISR.
• Provide classified and unclassified administrative support to the branch chief, including telephone, e-mail, video teleconference, correspondence, calendar management, visitor reception/escort, and meeting planning.
• Maintain and release network access forms for the customer.
• Compose correspondence, review incoming correspondence, publications, regulations, and directives, and notify applicable Division Chiefs.
• Respond to requests for information concerning organization functions.
• Review correspondence, reports, and other documentation prepared for signature and/or concurrence of the Branch Chief for conformance with regulations, grammar, format, and special policies of the office.
• Maintain the Directorate tasking system using Microsoft Enterprise SharePoint and ticketing systems.
• Track training completion dates, monitor training requirements assigned to the Directorate, and alert Directorate Leadership to mandatory and optional IT actions.

Requirements

• BS/BA, or HS with minimum 5 years of related work experience or equivalent
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
• Proficient with Microsoft Office to include MS SharePoint
