About the position

The Program/Systems Analyst III at Geeks and Nerds (GaN) serves as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and information to meet project requirements. This role involves working independently on complex projects with minimal supervision, applying expert-level methods and procedures. The position is crucial for analyzing and resolving problems that may not be solvable by accepted methods, requiring innovative thinking and application of new theories.

• Analyze programs and issues that may present unique challenges requiring innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a closely related technical discipline.
• Fourteen (14) or more years of progressively responsible experience in managing acquisition programs.
• Three (3) years of experience as a team leader of an acquisition project.
• Five (5) years of experience as a practicing analyst responsible for a functional area of an acquisition program.
• Knowledge of the Material Solution Analysis, Technology Maturation and Risk Reduction, Engineering and Manufacturing Development, and Production and Deployment phases of the acquisition process.
• Familiarity with modern qualitative and quantitative analysis tools.
• Advanced knowledge of modeling and measuring techniques, mathematics, statistical methods, and operational mathematics techniques.
• Knowledge of systems integration techniques, system trade-off analysis, and program planning.
