About the position

The Programmatic Enablement Manager at Uber plays a crucial role in supporting the company's Advertising business by collaborating with restaurant brands and agencies within Uber's ad platforms. This position is designed to guide and advise advertisers on how to effectively manage their self-service campaigns. The individual in this role will work closely with Client Partners and Partner Managers to provide expert strategic support for campaign launches, optimizations, and forecasting. The Programmatic Enablement Manager will also analyze campaign performance data and deliver comprehensive recommendations to clients, ensuring they achieve their advertising goals. In this role, you will partner with Client Partners and Partner Managers to assist in planning, strategizing, and troubleshooting campaign executions. You will be responsible for analyzing campaign reporting, performance, and metrics, highlighting revenue-scaling recommendations that align with key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will oversee campaign performance, delivery, and benchmarks, contributing to consistent revenue investments from advertisers. Onboarding new advertisers will also be part of your responsibilities, which includes creating and sharing training materials and documentation. Furthermore, you will provide technical support for advertisers, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Measurement teams to ensure operational excellence. This position requires a solid understanding of the performance marketing landscape and the ability to manage cross-functional collaborators effectively, understanding their needs and expectations. The Programmatic Enablement Manager will also need to demonstrate project and time management skills, as well as familiarity with programmatic ad operations and campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Client Partners and Partner Managers to assist with planning, strategizing, and troubleshooting campaign executions.
  • Analyze campaign reporting, performance, and metrics, highlighting revenue-scaling recommendations that align with KPIs.
  • Oversee campaign performance, delivery, and benchmarks, contributing to consistent revenue investments from advertisers.
  • Onboard new advertisers, creating and sharing training materials and documentation.
  • Provide technical support for advertisers, working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Measurement teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 4+ years' experience in Ad Operations, Digital Advertising, Advertising Optimization, Programmatic Advertising, or related fields.
  • Solid understanding of the performance marketing landscape.
  • Experience with data-driven storytelling.

Nice-to-haves

  • 4+ years of programmatic advertising operations experience.
  • 2+ years of working with restaurant advertisers.
  • Sophisticated DSP experience, with an understanding of Sponsored Listing product and Uber's ad offerings.
  • Experience in a role requiring project and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Programmatic Ad Operations and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting critical issue processes.
