About the position

The Programmatic Media Manager at Gen Digital is responsible for overseeing display and programmatic marketing programs. This role involves developing strategies and executing campaigns across various programmatically bought channels to drive awareness and customer growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and hands-on experience managing a multi-million-dollar annual budget.

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on execution, management, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns across various channels and platforms.
  • Provide recommendations and strategies to drive growth efficiently across managed channels.
  • Share weekly/monthly reporting on major metrics, goals tracking, campaign launches, and updates across initiatives.
  • Manage creative assets, landing pages, and all related processes for campaigns in market and/or new launches.
  • Formulate proposals for new opportunities, including developing hypotheses and full test plans.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams on creatives to effectively communicate the brand story.
  • Budgeting, planning, forecasting, and day-to-day operations management.
  • Manage relationships with all partners and vendors, staying up to date with industry trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets in consumer marketing, preferably on the client side.
  • Experience managing programmatic advertising across multiple channels (search, social, display, video, audio).
  • Deep understanding of programmatic tools and platforms.
  • Experience in building and managing relationships at significant scale with external partners and internal teams.
  • Experience with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and allocating digital marketing budgets across channels.
  • Strong data analytics and Excel proficiency.
  • Excellent time, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with a flexible, collaborative, problem-solving attitude.
