About the position

The Programmatic Specialist at Coegi is responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various programmatic platforms. This role involves executing innovative campaigns, developing monthly reports for clients, and establishing best practices for campaign management. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and direct interaction with clients to ensure successful media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Setup and manage media campaigns in Programmatic platforms to ensure success across the lifetime of Client media campaigns.
• Monitor pacing and performance of Client's media campaigns across all Programmatic platforms.
• Participate in training across multiple platforms.
• Analyze and report campaign performance for Client's media campaigns, including client-facing interactions.
• Review campaign status and performance with internal account team members and clients as needed.
• Provide Programmatic bidding expertise and research for internal account team members and Client Strategists on new business efforts.
• Participate in the development of client presentations in conjunction with Client Services and Strategy.
• Develop timely blogs, white papers, and case studies to promote Coegi's external marketing.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in digital campaign management, programmatic bidding, and social advertising, preferably within an agency environment.
• Self-starter with personal responsibility for education in relevant digital marketing.
• Experience with Google Marketing Platform or DV360.
• Familiarity with trafficking 3rd party creative tags, implementing tracking pixels, and tag management solutions like Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with both direct-response and brand marketing.
• Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior skills with computers, specifically Excel and/or other software for statistical analysis.
• Ability to problem solve and think creatively to overcome obstacles.
• Ability to work within a team environment while handling multiple projects with deadlines.
