About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Receive a list of studies to go through, identify studies, and retrieve the study.
  • Utilize Matlab for video EEG screen recordings of seizures in a suitable format for analysis.
  • Employ Python for automating processes and ensuring data integrity.
  • Analyze data using traditional statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
  • Perform analysis and write up results and/or manuscripts.
  • Assist in researching and writing methods for manuscript and grant applications.
  • Oversee analysis and manuscript/grant preparation.
  • Participate in weekly meetings to assess progress.
