About the position
VDOT-AMD is seeking a Senior Developer with extensive experience in .NET Core and web application development. The role involves managing complex software requirements, designing and developing high-quality components, and ensuring adherence to programming best practices. The successful candidate will engage in both technical and business discussions, contributing to the development of applications and backend services.
Responsibilities
- Develop applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular JS, Node.js, CSS, and Blazor.
- Design and develop using appropriate software design patterns for high reusability and maintainability.
- Write effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Collaborate with project business and system analysts to clarify requirements and implement them.
- Ensure programming best practices are followed and prioritize work effectively.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in web application development with .NET.
- Fluency in JavaScript, including frameworks like JQuery, React, Angular, or Blazor, as well as CSS3 and HTML5.
- 10 years of experience with automated builds using Microsoft Team Foundation.
- 7 years of experience with Oracle SQL Server Database.
- 7 years of experience with PL/SQL and using Oracle Database.
- 7 years of experience with process automation and troubleshooting.
- 3 years of experience with Agile SDLC best practices.
