The Programmer Analyst position at the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans is designed to provide comprehensive reporting, systems analysis, design, and programming services within the Information Technology department. This role is pivotal in assisting the organization with the coordination of systems analysis and design for various departments. The incumbent will be responsible for designing, documenting, and maintaining essential programs and reports, utilizing tools such as association management software (AMS), MS SQL Services, and Visual Studio. Additionally, the role involves providing assistance with testing, planning software upgrades, problem-solving, and error corrections, ensuring that the systems are functioning optimally. A significant aspect of this position includes conducting employee training sessions for both in-house and third-party software systems. The Programmer Analyst will also be responsible for data modeling using SSIS/Integration Services, SSAS/Tabular Model, and SSRS/Power BI Paginated Reports. Providing technical support to customers of the Foundation is another critical responsibility, along with collaborating with the Web Team on website development using designated software systems. The role requires working directly with diverse business groups to establish requirements, ensuring that the technological solutions meet the needs of the organization. While there are no formal supervisory responsibilities, the incumbent may be required to train or mentor junior staff members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. This position operates within a hybrid work model, requiring 60% of the time to be spent onsite at the corporate headquarters in Brookfield, WI, and up to 40% optionally remote, depending on business needs. The role is essential in driving the Foundation's mission forward, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
