The Senior Programmer and Systems Analyst position at Lane County Technology Services is focused on supporting and administering both vendor and in-house applications for various divisions, including Public Works and General Services. Responsibilities

• Administer and enhance applications using MS SQL Server, C#, and .NET frameworks (WebForms, MVC, WinForms).
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures to manage and integrate data.
• Work on the configuration, integration, and programming of vendor systems.
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve application performance for various Public Works divisions.

Requirements

• Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in computer science or a related field.
• Four years of systems analysis and programming experience that demonstrate increased responsibility in application software maintenance and development.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in C# and .NET development for data-driven applications.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server database management and development.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
