About the position

The Programmer/Developer Lead - RPA position at Capgemini involves leading the development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath. The role requires a blend of technical expertise in automation processes, team management, and strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions to clients. The lead developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and maintaining automation processes while ensuring alignment with business objectives and user experience standards.

Responsibilities

  • Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of an organization
  • Scripting and coding in RPA tool (UiPath) to resolve automation issues
  • Reviewing the code and the design and providing expertise in the development and integration of systems
  • Configuring new automation with efficient and easily understandable automation tools
  • Documenting the automation procedures
  • Creating detailed business plans and sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Analyzing sales and market data to set sales targets
  • Networking and prospecting for potential customers and clients
  • Leading and managing a team of sales representatives
  • Building relationships with customers and clients
  • Developing solutions for customer issues
  • E2E project deliverable and people management
  • Creating solutions and presenting to customers; Innovation

Requirements

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (UiPath)
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or Shell scripting
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and REST APIs
  • Certification as UiARD (Advanced certified RPA Developer)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate Desktop)
  • Familiarity with Corporate Data Lake
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks
