NFR is seeking a talented and motivated Programmer/Software Developer to join its Information Technology department. This role is crucial for designing and building the tools that NFR needs to maintain properties for mortgage companies, working closely with a nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing user interfaces for both legacy and new web portals, ensuring high-quality data exchange with customers and third parties. The Programmer/Software Developer will identify problems and create processes to improve efficiencies, quality, and responsiveness. This position involves designing, developing, coding, testing, debugging, and documenting both new and legacy data-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C#, Bootstrap, and Blazor, along with excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build user interfaces for legacy and new web portals.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven applications.
  • Identify problems and create processes to improve efficiencies and quality.
  • Test, debug, and document applications.
  • Collaborate with contractors and inspectors to ensure high-quality data exchange.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in C#, Bootstrap, and Blazor.
  • Proficiency in object-oriented application development for the Windows platform.
  • Experience in web service and application development.
  • Understanding of client-server and relational database principles.
  • SQL proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Embarcadero Delphi, Pascal, Sybase SQL Anywhere, ODBC, ADO, ADO.NET, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, DevExpress for .NET, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Associates degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
