About the position

Audacy is looking for our next generation of Brand Managers in all formats. If you are a first class music or spoken word Brand Manager, who has vision, creativity, and top level leadership skills, and have experienced and deep understanding of research, talent coaching, content creation, and understands what it takes to thrive on all platforms we want to hear from you! Responsibilities

  • Research, content creation, talent coaching, marketing and promotion creation, strategy building, social media oversight
  • Create, manage and execute the vision and strategy of all elements of the brand, including but not limited to music, spoken word, architecture, talent, contesting, production, digital applications.

Requirements

  • Must have a minimum of 3+ years' experience radio or media leadership
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment and handle multiple duties simultaneously
  • Must have excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with and an understanding of social media and digital best practices
  • Outstanding content judgment and ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in media production and broadcast systems
  • Ability to work flexible and irregular hours
  • Willingness to experiment and innovate
