About the position

WutzNxt is seeking a versatile Programs Manager & Data Entry Specialist to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role combines administrative and project management duties with a strong focus on data entry, account management, and event planning. The ideal candidate will work alongside a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations while managing various wholesale and retail accounts, requiring a blend of organizational skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Monday Work Management to track projects, tasks, and requests.
  • Maintain progress updates to ensure timely completion of tasks and manage expectations.
  • Oversee project timelines and report status to team members regularly.
  • Manage both internal and external communications, ensuring effective collaboration via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide high-level customer service to clients and team members.
  • Manage wholesale and retail accounts, process orders and returns, and maintain inventory.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, tracking expenses, managing logistics, and ensuring successful delivery of each event.
  • Assist the in-house Controller with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy across intercompany accounts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, organize payables and receivables, and liaise with vendors and clients for disputes, negotiations, or clarifications.
  • Conduct research to support operations, including accounting and other business initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Tech-savvy with office software and equipment

Nice-to-haves

  • 5+ years work experience in business or a related field
  • Experience in data entry and record-keeping
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other office tools
  • Experience managing accounts and overseeing inventory for retail or wholesale projects
