About the position

The Project Administrator will assist the Project Director and Associate Director in the effective rollout of professional development and training opportunities for school staff, the community, and families. This role involves evaluating outreach and training effectiveness, scheduling activities, and supporting curriculum development.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule training and professional development opportunities focused on Mental Health Awareness Training (MHAT).
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records, files, and correspondence to document and evaluate services provided.
  • Submit training data to evaluate the effectiveness of trainings and professional developments.
  • Create recruitment and informational materials.
  • Create and distribute informational email campaigns necessary to complete project objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with families and school/agency personnel.
  • Strong organizational and data collection skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Canva.
