About the position

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support the successful execution of a global workforce management system implementation project. As a key contributor to the project, the Project Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating project activities, and ensuring process improvements across regions including Europe, Australia, and the US. This role will be instrumental in providing data-driven insights and project support throughout the system implementation lifecycle. The Project Analyst will lead the documentation and analysis of business requirements across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and stakeholder needs. In addition to requirements gathering, the Project Analyst will perform detailed analysis of current workforce management processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements that can be addressed through the implementation of the UKG Pro system. Collaboration with the technical team is essential to ensure that business requirements are translated into functional specifications, and the Project Analyst will validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs and are scalable across regions. Stakeholder engagement is a critical aspect of this role, as the Project Analyst will facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to ensure stakeholder needs are met and provide regular updates on project progress. The Project Analyst will also support the development of comprehensive test plans and oversee the execution of system tests, ensuring that the system implementation meets quality standards and business expectations. Thorough project documentation will be maintained, including business requirements, process flows, test plans, and user guides, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the project team. Furthermore, the Project Analyst will assist the change management team by supporting training materials, communication strategies, and rollout plans to ensure a smooth transition to the new system for all stakeholders involved. After implementation, the Project Analyst will monitor system performance and recommend improvements, providing ongoing support and documentation for system enhancements as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the documentation and analysis of business requirements across multiple regions (Europe, Australia, US).
  • Perform detailed analysis of current workforce management processes and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure business requirements are translated into functional specifications.
  • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Support the development of comprehensive test plans and oversee the execution of system tests.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, test plans, and user guides.
  • Assist the change management team by supporting training materials, communication strategies, and rollout plans.
  • Monitor system performance post-implementation and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in project analysis or business analysis roles, preferably within system implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of workforce management systems (UKG Pro or similar platforms preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional project teams, managing multiple tasks while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CAPM or PMI-PBA are a plus.
