About the position

We are seeking a proactive Project Analyst with 1-5 years of experience to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will gather and analyze data, build Power BI reports, and collaborate across Agile teams to support and improve our delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI and Excel, a strong understanding of data and metrics, and excellent communication skills. This is a contract-to-perm opportunity with a global IT organization.

Responsibilities

• Gather data and build reports to showcase the work of the team.
• Collaborate across Agile teams to support, execute, and continuously improve delivery processes.
• Identify operational needs across the portfolio of work and drive to results autonomously.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience with Power BI.
• 2 years of experience with Excel.
• Strong understanding of data and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Critical thinking skills and being a self-learner.
• Highly organized as it relates to operational excellence.

Nice-to-haves

• Strong working knowledge of technology.
• Understanding of Agile delivery principles.
• Proficient in Jira.
• Knowledge of program/project management.
