About the position

The Project Analyst role focuses on providing technical and operational expertise in Systems Operations Engineering. The position involves consulting on complex initiatives, analyzing multifaceted challenges, and developing actionable metrics. The analyst will create effective communication strategies and visually appealing presentations to convey critical information to stakeholders and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Systems Operations Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi-faceted Systems Operations Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Create and develop accurate, consistent messaging for the Technology team.
• Reduce complex events into consumable details for senior leaders.
• Utilize tools like PowerPoint to consolidate the team 'story' including successes and opportunities for automation.
• Create visually appealing and effective presentations that convey information, ideas, or data.
• Engage stakeholders and assess the impact of communications on them.
• Demonstrate project management and team-building skills.
• Create clear and concise technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Systems Engineering or Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating documentation such as tutorials and organization systems.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like PowerBi and Tableau.
• Advanced skills in ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation.
