Project and Sample Coordinator at Prinova The Project and Sample Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of sample and project requests. The responsibility includes coordination of vendor and Prinova aroma samples and initial documents for every flavor. Also, maintaining stock levels of sample inventory, trial orders, and facilitating non-standard sample requests. This person is responsible for fulfilling all sample requests within the request deadline, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating sales and customer relationships involving sample requests and projects What's in it for you? The project coordinator will assist in and support activities of the sales representatives. Fulfill and ship sample request within the time frame determined by the sales representative. Communicates issues or delays to the sale representative and or customer. Complete sample selection process using FBSS or extra retain cabinets. Liaison between Sales, R D, Regulatory, Customer Service, to coordinate on-time delivery of samples and supporting documentation. Support the shipping of R D. Maintain vendor and Prinova sample inventory stock. Ensure that all on-hand inventories are labeled and stored properly. The Sample Coordinator is responsible for shipping out all requests using Fedex manager software. Must keep current with all system updates of JDE, FBSS, LabWare and other software systems used to support the sample shipping function. Continuous improvements in safety and the shipping of sample requests. All Prinova employees are required to ensure compliance standards with food safety, food defense and food quality. (FDA, ILDPH, FSMA and BRC). Other duties as necessary.. Travel: None Does this sound like you?
