About the position

The Architectural Designer position at CRÈME involves contributing to a variety of domestic and international projects within the hospitality, retail, and residential design sectors. The role is focused on high-end interior architecture and ground-up residential work, providing an opportunity to grow within a dynamic and creative team.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years experience in ground up residential work
• Experience in high-end interior architecture
• Bachelor of Architecture degree at minimum
• Architecture license preferred
• Excellent AutoCAD drafting skills
• 3D rendering skills (Sketch-up, 3D Max, etc.)
• Proficiency with graphics software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Construction documentation experience
• Knowledge of both PC and Mac
• Excellent communication skills
• Location in or around the NY Metro Area
