We are looking for a talented Architect to lead Architecture and Design Management for key P&G Building projects in the Americas region! In this role, you will be responsible for remodeling, building new, and shaping sustainable P&G buildings that crystallize our Employee Value Equation in cool workplace experiences. This position reports into GBS (Global Business Services) - Digital Workplace & Facility Services, an organization of approximately 300 people within P&G who support P&G Facilities, Real Estate, and IT employee-facing solutions and service delivery globally across our sites. You will be responsible for design delivery and report to the P&G Global Architect. Your leadership will extend to multidisciplinary internal and external project teams on Facilities Projects. By collaborating with external parties such as JLL, Design Agencies, Construction teams, and P&G Workplace Services site leaders, you will drive the design process and ensure it gets built. You will play a crucial role in building and evolving the future of key P&G sites. As the Project Architect & Design Manager, you will personally lead internal and external design teams for a major Building Program consisting of several sub-projects, both new building and remodeling. You will be accountable for efficiently managing through the sequential phases of the design process, which includes feasibility study, design brief and success criteria, basis of design, detailed design, bidding process, execution & shop drawing reviews, permitting, and closeout of projects. Your role will also involve senior stakeholder management, where you will drive design alignment with multi-functional stakeholders and management teams, clearly communicating the design process, milestones, and decisions needed. Additionally, you will be responsible for design communication and construction oversight as the owner Architect, ensuring that construction meets design intent, reviewing progress on site, providing design input to construction partners, and managing and directing design partners accordingly.
