As a Project Architect, you will tackle a variety of responsibilities alongside a team of creative individuals who are passionate about their work. Our ideal candidate will be a team-oriented, highly motivated individual working with leadership to ensure client satisfaction and the ability to function in a team lead capacity while managing multiple, challenging projects. You will execute coordination and integration of architectural and consultant construction documents, generate creative design solutions, and assist with the creation and management of project schedules. You will also develop and present appropriate technical solutions to stakeholders, lead project studio team members, and work proactively to resolve issues that arise between project, design, and technical objectives. Your understanding of industry standards and construction practices will be crucial as you apply your knowledge to support project design and budget.
