About the position

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join their Industrial architecture team, focusing on high-profile data center and mission-critical projects. The role involves overseeing architectural design and technical development, ensuring that workplace solutions meet high standards of quality, innovation, and functionality. The architect will collaborate with clients globally to design and enhance sustainable environments that empower individuals and communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production and coordination of data center and mission-critical technical drawings through all project phases, from Concept Design to Construction Documentation.
• Oversee the development and integration of design solutions, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage multiple projects, providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and client objectives.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license.
• 8-10 years of experience, with a proven track record in data center design and project delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, with experience in BIM coordination.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions.
