About the position

Chesney Morales Partners, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Architect & Production Manager to join our team in San Antonio. This full-time position requires a professional degree in Architecture or a construction science degree for the Construction Administration role. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of professional experience encompassing all phases of architectural projects, demonstrating exceptional design and communication skills. The role involves not only architectural design but also managing production aspects, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. As a Project Architect & Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading project teams, coordinating with clients, and interfacing with the construction industry. Your strong technical skills will be essential in navigating the complexities of architectural projects, and your ability to communicate effectively will ensure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. You will utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Creative Suite to create detailed designs and presentations. Experience in 3-D modeling and rendering is preferred, as it will enhance the visual communication of your designs. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong critical thinking skills to solve problems as they arise. You will be expected to produce excellent graphic presentations and communicate verbally and in writing with clarity and professionalism. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture or construction science degree for Construction Administration position.

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
