Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from start to finish.
• Consult with clients on the creation and presentation of interior design concepts.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Schedule, estimate, and plan project completion including drawings, models, images, and materials.
• Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects.
• Develop professional client relationships and enhance client development skills.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
• Illinois Architectural license required.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
