About the position

As a Project Architect at DLR Group, you will manage all aspects of project document development and coordinate with project team members to ensure quality and adherence to project schedules. This role involves leading cross-functional design disciplines to develop technical solutions and partnering with Project Managers to maintain the financial health of projects. The position supports a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of project document development.
• Coordinate with project team members to maintain quality of work products.
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure financial health of projects.
• Lead cross-functional design disciplines in developing technical solutions.
• Work directly with project managers and designers in conceptual development of project documents.
• Grow as a leader of the in-house team, coordinating with engineers, interior designers, project managers, and consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
• Registered Architect.
• 5-15+ years of experience as a Project Architect.
• Demonstrated portfolio of work.
• Proficient in REVIT and CAD software.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support project tasks.
• Eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.

Nice-to-haves

• Sustainability Certification/Accreditation (LEED, WELL, etc.).
• Experience with projects over 25,000 sf and/or $10M in construction cost.
