About the position

The Project Architect will be responsible for developing conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all phases of project documentation. This role requires adherence to budget and schedule constraints while planning and programming the layout of projects. The architect will demonstrate knowledge of industry standards in architectural design, detailing, IBC building codes, and basic MEP systems, and will assist in the research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications. Effective communication with clients is also a key aspect of this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, presentation, and technical drawings for all phases of project documentation
• Adhere to budget and schedule constraints
• Plan and program layout of projects
• Demonstrate knowledge of industry standards of architectural design, detailing, IBC building codes, and basic MEP systems

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Architecture
• Registered architect or ability to become registered within 2 years
• 3+ years experience as an architectural designer
