About the position

The Project Architect role at GPac is a full-time position focused on managing architectural projects from inception to completion. This position involves mentoring and developing team members while ensuring high-quality design and documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to collaborative design processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from start to finish.
• Consult with clients on interior design concepts and needs.
• Define project requirements and develop design criteria.
• Schedule, estimate, and plan project timelines and budgets.
• Create drawings, models, and images of proposed projects using software.
• Develop professional client relationships and enhance client development skills.
• Demonstrate leadership skills and build relationships at all levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture required.
• 5-10 years of professional experience in all phases of architectural projects.
• Architectural license required.
• Proficiency in Revit is required; AutoCAD is a plus.
• Strong technical, code, and detailing skills for quality documentation.
• Proactive written and verbal communication skills.
