About the position

The Project Assistant role at RadMD is designed to support the Imaging Program and Project Managers in their daily tasks and responsibilities. This position involves active participation in client meetings, managing study-specific documents, and ensuring effective communication with participating sites and Readers to meet project delivery timelines and contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.
  • Participate in client-facing meetings and assist in creating agendas and minutes.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely project updates.
  • Respond promptly to communications and escalate issues as needed.
  • Identify and resolve team conflicts.
  • Develop, create, and revise internal and external documents.
  • Maintain complete and current project documents, including the Trial Master File (TMF).
  • Handle supply shipping and project tracking tools/databases.
  • Manage access to the image upload platform and data collection systems.
  • Oversee site communication and resolve outstanding data queries.
  • Coordinate with Readers for Independent Review and assist with post-read quality control.
  • Manage client-provided enrollment listings and ensure timely submission of project status reports.
  • Provide user access to the BRITI modules.
  • Deliver engaging, informative, and well-organized presentations.
  • Maintain inventories of study supplies.
  • Assist with audit preparation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent degree preferred.
  • Prior administration and office operations experience.
  • Prior research/pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience.
  • Knowledge of FDA/HIPAA and other global regulatory compliance guidelines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with completing Client/Site/Reader interactions on behalf of RadMD.
  • Ability to handle complexity and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of imaging core lab processes and challenges.
