About the position

Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for some of the largest and most forward-thinking companies in the world. As a Project Engineer on our Data Center Civil Team, you will be involved in some of the firm's largest and most complex projects. This role will require you to serve as a project manager on certain projects while taking on the role of lead design engineer on others. Your responsibilities will include preparing planning and design documents, conducting process design calculations, and developing and maintaining team and client standards. You may also lead quality assurance and quality control efforts and act as an advisor on complex projects. Coordination with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, clients, and other consultants will be a key part of your role. The position offers flexible work options, including remote and hybrid opportunities, to accommodate diverse working preferences and promote work-life balance. You may also be required to travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering.
  • At least 6 years of related civil engineering experience.
  • Proficient in Civil 3D software.
  • Must be a registered professional engineer.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
