About the position

The Project Civil Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet and exceed client expectations. This role involves planning, designing, and managing various land development projects, with a focus on site design and civil utility design. The ideal candidate will be a motivated engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee project site design in the land development field.
• Ensure compliance with permitting and zoning regulations.
• Conduct construction administration (CA) for projects.
• Create site layouts, grading plans, and stormwater management designs.
• Perform utility civil design and analysis of project feasibility.
• Analyze photographs, drawings, and maps to inform project direction and budget.
• Establish construction deadlines and ensure project practicality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 4 - 8 years of experience in project site design in the land development field.
• EIT or PE certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, HydroCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite.
