We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team in Mechanicsburg, PA. This full-time position will involve contributing to multi-discipline design projects, leading various public and private site development initiatives, and collaborating with multiple municipal clients across different markets. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing multiple projects and tasks, which includes monitoring schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed effectively. Regular meetings with clients will be essential, as well as preparing proposals for both new and existing clients, including estimating project fees. The role also involves overseeing the development of Land Development Plans, which encompasses preparing engineering design drawings, technical specifications, and engineering reports from the schematic design phase through to construction. Additionally, the Project Engineer will coordinate permits through regulatory agencies for large-scale, complex projects and delegate workloads to Junior Engineers and Drafters, providing mentorship and guidance in developing Stormwater Management strategies, Utility Coordination, and Erosion & Sediment Control Design. Other tasks may be assigned as needed.
