We are currently seeking a Project Construction Manager to support life science projects (lab and manufacturing spaces), building infrastructure (electrical systems - UPS, Generators; switchgear; mechanical systems - air handlers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, etc; lab equipment and moves - autoclaves, fume hoods, etc; Fire Life Safety Systems - Sprinkler systems, Controls, etc; and building envelope - roofs, pavement, parking structure, etc) to join our Project and Development Services team on our client's life science account at their headquarters in Thousand Oaks, CA. As a Project Construction Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for supporting execution of complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership combined with hands-on performance and supervision of various project supervision tasks. Your strong knowledge of construction project processes and safety, from inception to execution and turn over (especially in a highly regulated life science setting) will speak to your holistic approach to client needs.
