Responsibilities

• Provide consulting and subject matter expertise to clients by assessing, identifying, and providing solutions to their Microsoft System.
• Perform routine audits of systems and software.
• Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with computer systems.
• Perform backups and apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Install and configure new hardware and software.
• Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Document system configuration and troubleshoot any reported problems.
• Tune system performance and ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running.
• Introduce and integrate new technologies into existing data center environments.

Requirements

• Must have Microsoft Office 365 experience.
• Must be able to work 100% remote.
• Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required.

• MCSA Certification
