About the position
ECS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Control Specialist to join our team at Vandenberg Space Force Base, CA. The role involves managing and controlling key aspects of project execution, including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and resource management. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required standards.
- Manage hardware and software license inventory, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
- Support the on-ramping and transitioning of personnel, ensuring smooth integration of team members into project workflows.
- Ensure compliance with DoD, DAF, and USSF policies related to training, personnel, contractor management, and overall project support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise.
- Provide regular reports to leadership on project status, resource allocation, and risk management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience
- Secret Clearance
