About the position

TYLin is seeking a Project Controller to join its Bridge Sector. This role involves participating in financial and staff planning while identifying areas for improvement. The Project Controller will track project performance, communicate regularly with the Project Manager and Team Leads, and prepare performance data for meetings. The position requires maintaining liaison with clients and consultants throughout all project stages and identifying improvements for project controls and templates.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning (financial and staffing)
• Track project performance and regularly communicate with Project Manager and/or Team Leads
• Attend project progress and coordination meetings
• Prepare Project Performance data for Joint Venture or Executive Board meetings (as applicable)
• Accurately track contractor work progress related to schedule
• Maintain liaison with client and other consultants at all project stages
• Identify improvements for project controls, templates and products, and refer ideas to appropriate line manager.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Finance
• At least 2-5 years' experience in Architecture & Engineering
• Project Accounting experience a plus
• Understanding of construction scheduling processes preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills required
• Proficiency with MS Office programs required
