About the position

The Project Controller role at Insight Global involves managing billing and cash application processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. The position requires performing billing activities, applying cash receipts, providing account reconciliations, and assisting with tax administration tasks. The role also emphasizes collaboration with the Delivery Team and maintaining professionalism in all tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage billing and cash applications processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform billing activities three days a month, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
  • Apply cash receipts to customer accounts promptly and accurately.
  • Provide account reconciliation to customers upon request.
  • Utilize QuickBooks Online/Bill.com for accounting and financial transactions.
  • Assist with tax administration tasks, including e-filing and document management.
  • Utilize DocuSign for electronic signatures on documents as needed.
  • Collaborate with Delivery Team for capturing goods receipt and other documents required for tax incentives.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in accounting roles, preferably in an EPC firm or similar environment.
  • QuickBooks Online proficiency or similar accounting software experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets quickly and accurately.
  • Experience with billing and cash applications processes.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
