About The Position
The Project Controls Engineer (PCE) at Primoris is responsible for overseeing the setup, training, and development of Field Engineers while managing project controls such as progress reporting, cost control analysis, and change management. This role involves close collaboration with the Site Manager and Project Manager to ensure project efficiency and adherence to budget and scope. The PCE will also lead training efforts and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
