About the position

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Controls Manager to oversee a large-scale rail tunnel construction project in New York. This role involves managing project tracking, reporting, and controls, ensuring effective monitoring of project progress, financial modeling, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rail or heavy civil projects and experience with federal funding and alternative project delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all in-office services related to project controls including scheduling, cost control, cash flow management, risk management, and reporting.
• Monitor project progress, analyze data, prepare reports, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project schedules, identify critical paths, and analyze schedule impacts due to changes or delays.
• Manage financial modeling, cash flow tracking, and projections related to project costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in leadership roles within the project controls function.
• Experience in program-level and project-level scheduling for large transportation infrastructure projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with P6 construction scheduling software and schedule development and analysis.
• Proficiency in using industry software and major project controls database and reporting platforms.
