About the position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that projects are completed accurately and within established timelines. This role involves managing project scope, facilitating meetings, preparing updates, and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet project objectives. The position also includes administrative tasks and support for enterprise resource management, particularly with SAP administration.

Responsibilities

  • Identify project scope and develop clear, time-bound objectives with Project Team & Key Stakeholders.
  • Work cross-departmentally to include all stakeholders, identifying resource availability to meet project objectives & timelines.
  • Lead and facilitate project meetings, providing updates to the Project Team and Key Stakeholders.
  • Prepare project updates, including meeting minutes, presentations, email correspondence, and Gantt Charts.
  • Outline and manage project tasks within QCBD, ensuring appropriate task assignment.
  • Identify, navigate, and escalate project risks while adhering to ISO 13485 and FDA Standards.
  • Collaborate with PMO Manager to understand project priorities.
  • Assist in the setup and management of SAP material master and BOM updates.
  • Run project status reports on a weekly basis or as required, ensuring project documentation is complete.
  • Provide support and guidance to internal stakeholders on operations-related matters.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in administration, business, project management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three or more years of project management or leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand and comply with safety systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong planning and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of communicating at all organizational levels.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience with inventory management systems and SAP.
