The Project Coordination Analyst II role is an integral part of the Southern California Operations team at ENGIE North America. In this position, you will assist Project and Construction Managers in coordinating all activities related to the construction of ENGIE's renewable energy projects. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating various meetings such as audit, design, pre-construction, and construction meetings, ensuring effective communication between ENGIE, Contractors, and Customers. You will also analyze current and upcoming projects to identify potential conflicts or synergies, and maintain and update process and reporting templates as necessary. Regular site visits will be required to ensure compliance with ENGIE standards, which will involve up to 20% of outdoor work, exposing you to various weather conditions. This role is located in one of ENGIE's Southern California offices and will report directly to the Director of Project Management. You will be expected to travel regionally up to 30% of the time to various client sites, necessitating a valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record, as you may need to use a company vehicle. Additionally, you must be willing to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies. This position is eligible for a hybrid work policy, requiring attendance at a worksite on a rotation basis.
