About the position

The Project Coordinator position at Epsilon involves supporting the execution of direct mail campaigns by acting as the primary point of contact for field sales teams. The role requires excellent client service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have some experience in direct marketing and digital marketing, and will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate execution of campaigns while maintaining high quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for field sales teams to execute direct mail campaigns across all Epsilon OEMs
• Captures all dealer requested details for each campaign, working with Data and Production to in-market each individual direct mail enrollment
• Work with Sales team to ensure all necessary information is captured
• Oversees implementation of all campaigns ensuring accurate, efficient, and timely execution
• Ensures that all client requests are handled in a timely manner
• Work with various internal and external data partners to obtain list of customers to receive direct mail campaigns
• Determines proofreading edits necessary to ensure accuracy of campaigns
• Maintains high quality control procedures and make recommendations as necessary for improvements
• Ensures all processes are documented
• Strong communication and administration skills are essential

Requirements

• 0-1+ years' experience in direct marketing and digital marketing
• Basic Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Outlook, Teams and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross functional dynamic team environment
• Attention to detail

Nice-to-haves

• 1-5 years customer service experience preferred
• Salesforce experience is a plus
