The selected candidate will report directly to upper management and will be involved in a range of responsibilities that support the company's diversified portfolio, which includes office, retail, industrial properties, and large land holdings. In this entry-level position, the Project Coordinator will assist the Director with new and renewal tenant communications and negotiations, acting as a liaison to the outside brokerage community and managing listing relationships for all properties. The role involves tracking all leasing transactions within the portfolio, ensuring proper document control, and supporting property operations and construction-related tasks. The Project Coordinator will also assist with drafting Letters of Intent (LOIs) and other documents, overseeing the leasing process from start to finish. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will support the Director in tenant improvement projects and marketing preparations for available spaces within the portfolio. This includes field support for various construction-related subcontractor and vendor relationships, conducting on-site meetings, and reviewing the status of improvements on a monthly basis. The role also entails supporting property management with asset-related projects, including the preparation of the Annual Property Budget and Cap-X/Special Project tasks throughout the portfolio. Furthermore, the Project Coordinator will assist in Acquisition and Due Diligence activities for targeted assets, which includes physical asset reviews and financial analysis modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Director with new and renewal tenant communications and negotiations.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree in Business, Finance, or a similar field.
  • 2+ years' experience with Real Estate Leasing preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Interest in or has begun obtaining a Real Estate License.
  • Strong computer skills and/or experience with relevant software programs, including Excel, Argus, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a focus on a Real Estate career.
