About the position

The Project Coordinator will assist the Manager of Leadership Development in implementing a new program aimed at facilitating job rotation for employees. This role involves supporting various aspects of employee and talent development through coordination of assessments, assignments, and training activities across different departments.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager of Leadership Development on a project focused on Employee and Talent Development.
  • Assist in facilitating job rotation participants as they navigate through various departments.
  • Coordinate assessments, assignments, and training activities for job rotation participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience supporting large program initiatives.
  • Experience working with MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and client service skills.
  • Strategic thinking abilities.
