About the position

The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating residential projects from inception to completion. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in both office and field roles, the successful candidate will oversee subcontractor commitments and material purchases, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, as well as proficiency in various software tools including Chief Architect, SketchUp, Dropbox, and the Monday app. In this role, the Project Coordinator will assist in developing and implementing project plans, monitor daily project progress, and manage purchase orders (POs) and subcontracts. The individual will serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and coordination with project owners. Additionally, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and maintaining project documentation, schedules, material orders, and subcontracts, ensuring that all project-related information is organized and accessible. The role also involves conducting research and analysis to support project decision-making, assisting in resolving project issues and conflicts, and providing administrative support to the project team as required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands effectively. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position. The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.

Responsibilities
