The Project Coordinator-Administrative position serves as the Division's representative, coordinating with various departments such as Real Estate Management, County Attorney's Office, Engineering and Survey, among others. This role is crucial for reviewing and obtaining access documents related to land issues that fall under the Division's authority, ensuring the effective delivery of core services throughout the County. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of departmental programs, procedures, and policies, as well as a general knowledge of real estate documents, including easements, right-of-way, and plat dedications. The specialized area of focus for this role is stormwater management, which necessitates the exercise of significant initiative and independent judgment. In this role, the Project Coordinator will plan and implement various projects, manage finances, budgets, and resources, and integrate operations and systems to achieve assigned missions. The position involves defining requirements and operating plans while providing administrative support to senior management. The coordinator will also assess operations and related costs, design performance metrics, and maintain administrative systems necessary to meet project goals. Researching and gathering data to evaluate project objectives and specifications is a key responsibility, along with managing assignments and projects through all phases, including design, development, testing, and implementation. The Project Coordinator will oversee project progress, create reports for upper management, and ensure that projects remain on schedule, addressing any delays promptly. This role also includes coordinating the strategic planning process for developing and implementing integrated plans, policies, and processes. The coordinator will analyze results, monitor progress, and negotiate change management implementations, while also establishing effective communication strategies to disseminate information across all levels of County employees.
