The Project Coordinator at ARB, Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting construction projects across Southern California. This role is field-based, meaning the Project Coordinator will be assigned to specific project sites, primarily in the LA Basin area, with potential assignments in Nevada and Arizona. The position demands flexibility in working hours, with expectations of 40 to 60 hours per week depending on project schedules. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and have experience in the construction or oil and gas industries. Familiarity with labor union agreements and software such as Viewpoint Vista or pVault is highly desirable. The Project Coordinator must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, demonstrating strong communication skills to interface with various levels of personnel.
