About the position

The Project Coordinator (Architect) at Corgan is responsible for assisting in the generation of creative design solutions within project parameters set by a Project Architect or Project Manager. This role involves preparing construction documentation, conducting field observations, and supporting project closeout activities, while ensuring compliance with design specifications and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing construction documentation and field observation reports.
• Conduct final inspections and project closeout activities.
• Translate design concepts into images using freehand sketching and computer software.
• Incorporate established schematic design, material selection, and code requirements into detailing solutions.
• Determine functional or spatial requirements of structures.
• Gather information regarding design, structure specifications, and materials for documentation.
• Coordinate with local architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Maintain a log of all RFIs and Submittals, tracking their status and responses.
• Assist project leaders with contract administration tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in the role offered or a related occupation.
• Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Autodesk 3ds Max, and Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Rhinoceros, Sketchup, Enscape, TwinMotion, or Vray.
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience with Bluebeam.
