About the position

The Project Coordinator/Architect at Paradigm Design is responsible for managing multiple small to medium-sized architectural projects with minimal oversight. This role involves developing construction documents, conducting code reviews, and engaging in client meetings, all while ensuring that projects are completed on schedule and within budget. The position requires a self-driven individual who can lead business development efforts and maintain client relationships in the Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple projects of varying scope.
• Work with Project Principal or Senior Manager to achieve project goals.
• Define project needs, set budgets and schedules, and manage projects for profit.
• Manage construction administration activities including contracts, observation trips, and project close-out.

Requirements

• Licensed Architect with 5+ years of experience or 8+ years of related experience.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Nice-to-haves

• LEED Accreditation is desirable.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus.
