About the position

The Project Coordinator Assistant is an entry-level role designed to support Project Coordinators in various tasks related to project management. This position focuses on scheduling, documentation, and communication with vendors and customers, providing a foundation for developing into a full-fledged Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Coordinators with job/order requirements.
  • Schedule labor and heavy equipment for upcoming installations.
  • Scan paperwork into the internal electronic filing system.
  • Log and send new orders to Fast Track (FT) and Project Coordinators (PC's).
  • Set up new installations in the Blue Service (BS) folder and send completed forms to Project Coordinators.
  • Verify all installations in the BS calendar against copies weekly.
  • Report and review scheduled labor and equipment ongoing.

Requirements

  • High School diploma is required.
  • A valid driver's license or other form of government-issued identification is required.
  • Ability to professionally represent the company when dealing with vendors and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-functional environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Ability to address Sales Account Representative and Customer concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Good analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and orally.
