The Project Coordinator Assistant at Forix plays a vital role in facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are executed smoothly from start to finish. This position involves high-level planning and detailed execution, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The role includes administrative support, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with various departments to meet client needs and project requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Organize and participate in meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders
  • Communicate project status, updates, and potential issues to clients in a clear and professional manner
  • Gather client feedback and ensure their requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Understand client business needs and translate them to technical requirements
  • Manage tasks and work orders for multiple clients in Jira
  • Accurately track and record working hours for your team to ensure efficiency
  • Coordinate with other departments such as Business Development, UX, Design, and Development
  • Work with and learn from technical leads and team leads to grow your knowledge

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to communicate well with non-technical clients
  • Basic understanding of web development technologies and processes
  • High levels of organization, and a detail oriented personality
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
  • Experience with using project management and support ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, and Basecamp is a big plus
